Arik Davidov, soloist of the
IDF Orchestra. A third generation of trumpet
players, carrying a long list of
international honorary prizes, a valued
guest of festivals all around the world is
considered to be the leading soloists player
in Israel today.
In addition Arik is nurturing the connection
with the young audience and has produced a
series of concerts for children and youth,
approved by the Israeli Ministry of
Education.
Arik is invited to perform as a soloist, as
well as hosting programs together with the
leading Camari and Symphony Orchestras in
Israel.
Arik has recorded two C.D 's so far "The
Talking Trumpet" and recently released "Melodies that touch".

Allow us to introduce a new Jewish-Israeli
show.
Not Jewish Agency songs and old patriotic
songs, but a show which speaks to the heart
of every Jew and Israeli throughout the
world.
Here is a youthful spirit to capture the
hearts of young and old alike. Here is a
message of unity, faith and love for the
Jewish people and our country.
This is a audio-visual show centered on the
Shofar. The world famous golden trumpet
player – Arik Davidov, leads the amazing
musical numbers on the Shofar and various
trumpets, presenting the story of the Jewish
People with a sound never before heard on
any stage in the world.
Arik Davidov is accompanied in these lively,
youthful songs by a young singers and
veteran army band musicians, by electronic
instruments, percussion, keyboard,
accordion, flute, saxophone, and above all,
the Shofar and trumpets.
The musical adaptations were created
exclusively for this unique evening.
During the performance, the audience joins
in the 60 year long story of the State of
Israel and the story of the Jewish People
throughout the generations, with laughter
and tears.
The show includes: the songs "Eli Atah
VeOdecha" (You are my G-d and I Thank You),
"Esah Einai el Heharim" (I lift mine Eyes to
the Hills), songs of the first Aliyas, "Al
Naharot Bavel" (By the Rivers of Babylon)
[Bony M], "Al Tashlicheni" (Do not Send me
Away) in a new version in English and
Hebrew.
Songs of Jerusalem throughout the
generations, "Adon Olam" (Lord of the World)
in a new adaptation, Shir Lama'a lot (A Song
for Ascent), the Army bands, medleys of
Israeli hits from the 1960s till 2007, a
special adaptation of the national anthem,
"Hatikva", and much more…
This show was produced by brothers Uzi and
Haim Essner, among Israel's leading
musicians, who also adapted the music, and
who themselves have a unique show of Israeli
song performed in Israel and world-wide.
